After much furore, attempted government intervention, David Cameron hair sweeps and threats by non-extremist, anti-racism campaigners to set fire to themselves outside of the BBC, the planned appearance of the BNP on Question Time is expected to go ahead tonight.

The nationalist party, known for its idealistic views on heritage, and complete ignorance of human genetic composition, will feature on the BBC’s flagship discussion panel show this evening where the leader of the party, Nick Griffin, is expected to talk loudly over other people, and possibly threaten to throw pieces of the set around.

Griffin today told newspapers that he was very pleased with the outrage his Question Time appearance had caused saying that the additional publicity from the hysterical media reaction had “put my greasy mug right up the arses of the left wing gestapo.”

Griffin continued, “people assume I’m gonna go on the show and just start shouting about how white is right, and throwing wild Hitler salutes, but really i just want to get my message across to the people of Britain that the swine flu epidemic is the result of having all these fucking Spaniards here.”

Concerns that the show might be disrupted have grown today as protest groups have claimed that they will do anything possible to restrict Griffin’s right to free speech. A masked, dread locked man with seemingly hypocritical views and a funny damp smell to him told us today that, “It’s abhorrent to discriminate against anyone, except if they’re fat, have the haircut of a first round X-Factor contestant, and call themselves Nick despite it being a ridiculous name for someone in a position of political power.”

A spokesperson for BNP said in response to the threat of protests, “Don’t worry, we’ve got some right nutters coming down from the Burnley Suicide Squad to sort out these hippies. They’re looking forward to chucking around some patio tables and causing a scene. It should make for right good night out for the boys.”
